Position The Digital Marketing Specialist is an expert in online marketing strategies and is responsible for the development, implementation and oversight of digital advertising campaigns. The perfect candidate for this position will find excitement in overseeing the day-to-day activity of Credito Texas social media, email marketing and Google advertising and analytics. Our future digital marketing specialist will execute and oversee digital campaigns, and research and implement the latest digital marketing strategies.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Manage social media campaigns, content, posts and engagement.
  • Plan the social media calendar and its deployment on all platforms.
  • Manage digital advertising spending and campaigns.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns.
  • Create, write and execute content management efforts such as website content, sales collateral, blog posts, press releases, newsletters and emails
  • Contribute to marketing and creative initiatives
  • Analyze and produce analytics reports such as Google Analytics reports.
  • Performs other job related duties as assigned.

Measuring performance:

  • Meet the company's strategic objectives through digital marketing and advertising initiatives.
  • Provide knowledgeable, prompt, professional and accurate service and support to all co-workers and support services. Follow established marketing policies approved by the Board of Directors.
  • Work to support public relations, business and community engagement efforts and deliver results to the department manager in relation to budget figures.
  • Ensure marketing efforts are compliant and deliver expected results accurately, timely and within budgetary constraints.

Knowledge and skills:

Experience: Five to eight years of digital marketing experience and exceptional writing skills.

Training: (1) A bachelor's degree, or (2) attainment of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent to a bachelor's degree (e.g., information technology certifications in lieu of a bachelor's degree).

Interpersonal skills: The work involves contact with persons beyond immediate associates in connection with routine matters for the purpose of giving or obtaining information that may require some discussion. Outside contacts take the form of service to the public (clients or partners), requiring ordinary courtesy in providing assistance and information.

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge and experience
  • Strong writing and proofreading skills

Position Assists new and existing customers with their credit repair needs, opens and closes various types of accounts, processes transactions, resolves account issues, and provides assistance and information on other Credit products and services. Duties and responsibilities:
  • Assists customers in opening and closing accounts, processes transactions, and addresses and resolves customer problems, inquiries or complaints. Refers problems to supervisor as necessary, along with recommendations for resolution.
  • Identifies opportunities to cross-sell additional products or services to customers.
  • Provides information to customers by phone or in person about products or services.
  • Maintains accurate customer account information in the computer system and prepares necessary reports for management.
  • Acts as a liaison between customers and the various departments.
  • Performs other job related duties as assigned.
Measuring performance:
  • Provide knowledgeable, prompt and accurate service to all customers and associates by greeting and assisting customers in the lobby within X minutes, answering the telephone within X rings and responding to messages or correspondence within X hours.
  • Open all accounts, and other Credit Texas products or services in accordance with state and federal regulations, ensuring all related forms and documents are completed and filed/scanned in a timely manner.
  • Perform assigned duties and responsibilities with minimal errors in accordance with established company standards.
  • Cross-sell products and services to customers to meet or exceed X% of all individual and branch sales targets.
  • Resolve all inquiries in a timely and accurate manner, communicating the resolution to all affected parties.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable Credito Texas policies, procedures and regulations.
  • Maintain a professional work environment and businesslike appearance.
Knowledge and skills: Experience: One to three years of similar or related experience. Education: High school education or GED Interpersonal skills: The work involves contact with persons beyond immediate associates in connection with routine matters for the purpose of giving or obtaining information that may require some discussion. Outside contacts are in the form of service to the public (customers or vendors), which requires ordinary courtesy in providing assistance and information. Other skills: Working knowledge of established procedures and policies. Understanding of Credit Texas operations. Communicating information and ideas orally for others to understand. General office equipment such as calculators, computers, copiers and scanners.
